中部地区人口迁移与区域经济发展——基于“五普”与“六普”的分析

摘　　要：基于第五和第六次人口普查资料对中部六省10年的人口迁移进行格局分析研究,探讨人口迁移格局变化与区域发展的相互关系。研究表明中部地区在全国人口迁移格局中的迁出地地位并无较大变动,迁移人口仍集中流向东部沿海发达省份,但集聚地由珠三角向长三角转移;中部地区内部远距离省际迁移人口规模增长快速,六大城市群对迁移人口的集聚作用非常显著并有增强态势,尤以皖江城市带人口集聚变化最为突出。10年间中部地区迁移人口在3个主要集聚地的分布变化与集聚地城镇居民收入增长、就业弹性有一致性,与地区生产总值,第二、三产业产值等经济总量变化指标不相一致;中部六大城市群经济的快速增长、产业结构升级变动以及固定资产投资导致迁移人口高度集聚。Since the 1980 s,China has implemented a series of regional development strategies,which has brought the population distribution change at the same time. This paper explores the spatial pattern change of migration in Central China by analyzing China＇s 2000 Census and 2010 Census data,and investigates the relationship between the migration and regional development since the regionalstrategy named Rising Central China Plan was launched. The results are as following： Central China is still the main out-migration regions in China,with the people flowing to the more developed provinces in Eastern China,but the migration destination has been shifting from Pearl River Delta to Yangtze River Delta since 2000. The number of long-distance migration in Central China grows faster than neighbor migration and the six metropolitans in Central China play great roles in absorbing the migration. The distribution change of migrants in the three-concentrated areas of Eastern China is in consistence with the growth of urban residents＇ income and the employmentelasticity,while not consistence with GDP,secondary and tertiary industry output values in these areas. The remarkable migration growth is in line with the development of economy,the industrial structure change and the growth of investment in six metropolitans.
