摘  要:在开关频率一定条件下,对永磁同步电机无速度传感器控制系统的载波信号注入进行了研究,并用实验进行了验证研究结论的正确性。为了更好地跟踪转子位置,经过理论的与实验结合的论证,得出载波信号的电流幅值在最佳注入频率时为最大,载波信号的信噪比也为最大,进一步保证了控制系统的稳定。并深入研究了影响最佳注入频率的主要因素,即定子电阻与增量电感。此外,用实验验证了随注入频率逐渐降低时载波信号电流的动态响应。该研究和分析能够在有限逆变器开关频率的条件下,为选择合适的注入信号频率、幅值提供参考。Under the condition of certain switch frequency, the carrier signal injection of speed sensodess control of permanent magnet synchronous motor system has been researched and its validity has been verified by experiments in this paper. In order to track the position of the rotor accurately, the larger of the amplitude of the carrier signal current could more accurate of the estimated position. By substantial theoretical and experiment analysis, obtained that the current ampli- tude of the carrier signal was the largest when the best injection frequency was injected, and the signal-to-noise ratio of the carrier signal to the maximum, which ensured the stability of the control system further. And further research the main fac- tors which was the stator resistance and incremental inductance affecting the best injection frequency. In addition, the theo- ry that the dynamic response of the carrier signal current when the injection frequency gradually reduce had been verified by several experiments. The research and analysis to the inverter under the condition of limited switch frequency, which pro- vides reference for choosing proper frequency and amplitude of injection signal.
