摘　　要：着重论述1J22软磁合金(带材)形成机理、特点及应用,分析导致该材料磁性能下降和不稳定的原因。通过探讨和实验,对工艺进行优化。并通过实际应用取得了一定的成效。The formation mechanism of the 1J22 soft magnetic alloy（ strip）, characteristics and applications were pro- posed. The reason of magnetic performance degradation and instability was also analyzed . Through experiments and analysis method, the processing technic was optimized. Remarkable results in practical applications have been achieved.
