摘 要:从防止混凝土结构温度裂缝考虑,目前国内外建成的绝大部分水闸,闸室底板混凝土结构分段长度均在规范允许的35 m范围之内。龙泉水闸底板最大跨度达到52 m,属于超常规水闸。由于跨度大、对结构变形限制要求高,工程须采用大跨度不分缝水闸底板,且底板为混凝土桩基对结构变形进行约束。因此增加了底板和底板上闸墩墙体结构的防裂难度。针对该问题,工程主要采用水管冷却技术的温控措施,进行温度监测和分析,并取得预期效果。In order to prevent the thermal crack of concrete, the section length of most of sluice boards built in the world at presentis within the allowable range of 35 m. Because the sluice board largest span reached 52 m, Longquan Sluice belongs to ultra -conventional sluice. Due to the huge span and deformation constraint requirement, the project should be used huge span no- cracksluice board, and the bottom of the sluice chamber used concrete pile to support and to prevent deformation constraints. As a result,it greatly increases the difficulty of prevent the thermal crack happened. Aimed at the problem, water pipe cooling technology isadapted to control the temperature in the project; at the same time, temperature monitoring and analysis are conducted to achieve thedesired results.
