摘 要:采用Fenton高级氧化技术对含盐量TDS≥3×10~5 mg/L、COD≥1×10~4 mg/L、色度大于2 500倍的污水进行处理,以达到去除COD和色度,消除水体异味的目的。研究结果表明:Fenton高级氧化工艺对该超高含盐量、高COD的污水进行处理的最佳工艺参数为pH为3左右(±0.2),n(H_2O)_2∶n(Fe^(2+))投加比为2∶1;反应停留时间为2 h;中试实验过程中,出水COD去除率稳定保持在70%以上,且色度去除率大于80%,系统运行结果完全达到了该水体现阶段处理要求;相比较其它处理工艺,Fenton高级氧化工艺在该类废水的处理中具有运行稳定,设备维护简单,操作简单易行,投资和运行综合成本较低等优点。We used Fenton advanced oxidation technology for the polluted water treatment,which contains TDS 3×10~5mg/L,COD 1×10~4mg/L and colority of 2 500 times,to reduce the COD and colority,and eliminate the odor of water.The results showed that the best operational parameters of Fenton advanced oxidation process for the wastewater of high salinity and high COD were confirmed as follows:p H was 3(±0.2);the ratio of n(H2O2)∶n(Fe2+)was 2∶1 and the residence time was 2 hours.During the pilot test,the removal rate of COD was stabilized at more than 70%,and the removal rate of colority was more than 80%.The results of system operation met the requirements of the wastewater treatment at this stage.Compared to other processes,Fenton advanced oxidation process has the characteristics of stable running easy maintenance,simple operation,low investment and operation costs in the treatment of this kind of wastewater.
