摘　　要：简述了药皮钎料环研制的背景及意义,详细介绍了药皮成分选定原则和药皮制造技术,对比了药皮钎料环和实心钎焊焊条在节约环保、生产自动化等方面的优势,并阐述了其应用领域。研究结果表明:环保型药皮钎料环实现了钎料和钎剂定量、高效的添加,且不含有机粘结剂,有效减少了焊剂的使用量,节约环保;药皮钎料环在提高生产效率、保证产品钎焊质量、减少环境污染等方面发挥重要作用,这使得药皮钎料环有非常广阔的应用前景。The background and significance of the development of the flux coated filler metal ring was briefly introduced,The selection principle of coating composition and the manufacturing technology of the coating were discussed in detail. The flux coated filler metal ring and the solid brazing electrode in environmental protection and production automation was compared. The advantages and its application fields were described. The results show that the environment-friendly flux coated filler metal ring can realize the quantitative and efficient addition of the brazing filler metal and the flux,and does not contain the organic binder,which reduces the flux consumption effectively and has the advantages such as saving environmental protection. The flux coated filler metal ring will play an important role in improving production efficiency,ensure the brazing quality of products and reducing the environment pollution,which makes the flux coated filler metal ring has a very broad application prospects.
