摘 要:探讨了粗纱机喂入方式和罗拉传动结构的改造,开发具有竹节纱色纱效果的羊绒赛络花式混纺纱线。分析了竹浆纤维和羊绒的纤维性能,阐述了半精纺和色纺等纺织技术原理。采用半精纺流程,将粗纱机改造为双根纱条喂入和罗拉传动变频控制,经过工艺参数优化设计,成功纺制出具流光溢彩效果的花式竹节纱,纱线规格为羊绒/竹浆纤维50/50 23.4tex。认为:该纱线不仅具有天然的抗菌性能,服用性能优良,色彩生动多动,还具有特殊花式效果,可用于春秋针织面料。Remolding of the feeding method of roving frame and roller transmission structure were dis- cussed. Cashmere fiber siro fancy blended yarn which had slub yarn and colored spun yarn effects was developed. The performance of bamboo fiber and cashmere fiber were analyzed. The technology principles of semi-worsted spinning and fiber-dying spinning were introduced. With semi-worsted process, roving frame was reformed to double sliver feeding and roller transmission frequency conversion control. Through optimizing and designing of process parameters,fancy slub yarn was successfully spun which had colorful effect. The yarn specification was cashmere/bamboo fiber 50/50 23.4 tex. It is considered that the yarn have natural antibacterial properties,excellent performance,colorful and special fancy effect. It can be used for spring and autumn knitting fabrics.
