摘  要:总结铜改性聚酯纤维锦纶复合结构花式纱的工艺设计要点。从原料选择、纱线结构,对纺纱生产过程中各工序的参数配置、工艺要点进行了探讨,并采取了一系列技术措施,成功研制出具有功能性、时尚化的铜改性聚酯纤维锦纶复合结构赛络集聚纱及面料。认为:纺纱工艺需不断优化,促使多种纱线结构有效组合,有助于新型纱线的开发和完善。Technology design points of copper-modified polyester fiber and polyamide composite structure fancy yarn were summarized. Parameter configuration and process points of each process in the spinning production process from the selection of raw materials and yarn structure were discussed. Functional and fashionable copper-modified polyester fiber and polyamide composite structure siro condensed yarn and fabric were success- fully produced. A series of technical measures were taken. It is considered that spinning technology should be opti mized to make several yarn structures combine with together and help the development and perfection of new type yarn.
