摘 要:研究了刺辊速度变化对刺辊落棉质量的影响问题。在不同的刺辊速度条件下,运用USTER AFIS单纤维测试仪对梳棉机的刺辊落棉和盖板花的各项指标进行了检测对比。结果显示,刺辊速度为800r/min时,刺辊落棉中排除短绒和杂质最多;刺辊速度为1 000r/min时,刺辊落棉中排除的棉结和带籽屑棉结最多;刺辊速度为1 200r/min时,刺辊落棉中排除未成熟纤维最多。认为:合理选择刺辊速度有利于提高梳棉除杂效率和节约用棉。Influence problem of carding machine licker-in speed on licker-in noil quality was studied. Various indexes of licker-in noil and card strips were tested and compared by USTER AFIS single fiber tester with different licker-in speed. The test results show that the removed short fiber and impurity in licker-in noil are the most when licker-in speed is 800 r/min. The removed neps and seed fragments in licker-in noil are the most when lic ker-in speed is 1 000 r/min. The removed immature fiber in licker-in noil is the most when licker-in speed is 1 200 r/min. It is considered that the reasonable licker-in speed selected will be conducive to improve carding cleaning efficiency and save cotton.
