摘 要:试验分析了粗纱横动对集聚纺棉纱毛羽的影响。介绍了集聚纺纱原理、吸风槽的形状尺寸和粗纱横动位置。试验了粗纱横动位置变化对纱线毛羽影响,并从技术发展的角度提出了改进意见。试验表明:正常纺纱时粗纱在一个横动周期内,毛羽会呈同周期规律变化,粗纱横动到中间位置时,纱线毛羽H值最小。认为:生产管理中应重视粗纱横动位置;应从技术上开展对粗纱横动位置影响的改进研究,如改进胶辊质量、改进集聚区和集聚槽形态。The influence of feeding roving traverse on cotton condensed yarn hairiness was analyzed through experiment. The condensed spinning principle, shape and dimension of suction groove and the position of roving traverse were introduced. The influence of changing the roving traverse position on yarn hairiness was tested. Moreover,improving suggestions were put forward from the aspect of technology development. The test shows that the hairiness has a regularly changing in a signal cycle time when roving is in a traverse cycle during the normal spinning. When the roving traverse is in the middle, the yarn hairiness index H is the smallest. It is considered that attention should he paid on the position of roving traverse during production management. The improvement study on the influence of roving traverse should be started from technology perspective, such as improving rubbercovered roll quality,improving compact area and compact suction groove.
