摘 要:探讨了抑菌除臭麻浆纤维混纺纱线的研发过程。对除臭麻浆纤维进行了性能研究,介绍了棉/除臭麻浆纤维50/50 14.8tex混纺纱生产的工艺关键技术。优选梳棉针布组合,采用条混工艺确保混和均匀,粗纱定量、定长偏小掌握,最终顺利纺制出符合质量要求的棉/除臭麻浆纤维50/50 14.8tex赛络混纺纱。认为:除臭麻浆纤维是一款高科技功能环保型纤维,可用于开发抗菌、防臭类功能性面料。Development process of antibacterial & deodorized hemp pulp fiber blended yarn was discussed. The properties of deodorized hemp pulp fiber were studied. The key processing technology of cotton/deodorized hemp pulp fiber 50/50 14.8 tex blended yarn was introduced. The combination of card clothing was optimized. Sliver blending technology was adopted to ensure uniform mixing. The weight and length of roving were smaller controlled. Finally,cotton/deodorized hemp pulp fiber 50/50 14.8 tex siro blended yarn that meet the quality requirement was successfully spun. It is considered that deodorized hemp pulp fiber is one kind of high-tech func tional &environment friendly fiber. It can be used for the development of antibacterial & deodorized functional fabric.
