通脉汤对老年股骨粗隆间骨折内固定治疗髋关节功能及骨密度影响

摘　　要：目的:观察通脉汤对老年股骨粗隆间骨折内固定治疗患者髋关节功能及骨密度的影响。方法:80例按随机数字表法分为两组各40例,两组均实施鲑鱼降钙素治疗,观察组加用通脉汤治疗。比较两组治疗后髋关节功能与治疗前后骨密度。结果:观察组髋关节功能恢复优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组股骨大粗隆、股骨颈、Ward三角水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年股骨粗隆间骨折内固定术后用通脉汤能改善髋关节功能,提高骨密度。Objective ： To observe the effect of Tongmai Decoction on hip joint function and bone mineral density of the aged intertrochanteric fractures of the femur treated by internal fixation. Method： 80 cases were divided in 2 groups evenly in random. Both groups were treated by salmon calcitonin and the study group were treated with Tongmai Decoction in addition. The hip joint function and bone mineral density before and after the treatment of both groups was compared. Result： The fineness rate of the functional recovery of hip joint of the study group was higher than that of the control group significantly （ P〈0.05 ） .After the treatment, the level of greater trochanter of the femur, femoral neck and Ward triangular space of the study group was all higher than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Tongmai Decoction could improve hip joint function effectively and increase bone mineral density in the treatment of the aged intertrochanteric fractures of the femur with internal fixation.
