摘  要:现代民机多采用电传飞控系统,通过增稳反馈回路改善飞机本体的阻尼和频率特性。闭环的飞控系统不仅需要满足模态特性、操纵稳定性的设计要求,还需要满足稳定裕度指标。本文针对单回路的闭环飞控系统,提出一种基于模型对比的稳定裕度试验方案,可以在验证稳定裕度是否满足设计要求的同时,在频域范围内确认闭环系统模型建立的正确性。首先,建立非线性桌面仿真模型,并通过测试向量,对各系统模型进行修正完善;其次,通过分析获取飞行包线内需要进行稳定裕度评估的飞行状态点,并在桌面仿真中注入扫频激励信号,通过数据处理分析得到闭环系统的稳定裕度;最后,在地面试验阶段,注入同样的扫频激励信号,得到真实系统的稳定裕度。桌面仿真及地面试验结果,表明了该试验方案的可行性。Fly by wire flight control system are widely used by modern civil aircraft, which could improve damping and frequency characteristics through feedback loop. Closed loop flight control shall not only meets the design requirements of model characteristics, stability, but also the requirements of stability margin. A stability margin test plan based on model comparison is proposed in this article, which could verify the stability margin requirements, and check the correctness of model. Firstly, nonlinear simulation model is built and shall pass test vectors. Secondly, flight condition points are chosen and simulated through frequency sweeping method. Finally, the same frequency sweeping signal is injected in test to obtain the stability of real system. Simulation and test results show that the feasibility of this test plan.
