摘 要:在不同培养条件下探究和比较岛生异担子菌对化学农药厂废水中苯酚的降解作用。调整所需的营养元素浓度,在原始的pH值、温度及接种生物量等条件下,比较岛生异担子菌的降解效果,在稀释浓度为20%的农药厂废水中研究影响岛生异担子菌降解农药活性的因素。在28℃条件下降解效果显著,经过6 d的培养,岛生异担子菌可降解样品农药厂废水中接近64%的苯酚含量、65%的色度和59%的化学需氧量在外加营养元素的条件下,岛生异担子菌菌群的脱色效果均有显著提高,且在添加谷氨酸的条件下,脱色效果显著。To explore and compare different Heterob^sidion insulate under different culture conditions in degradation. Adjustments required nutrient concentrations,in the original pH, temperature and biomass of inoculation conditions, comparative island born different Basidiomycete fungi degradation effect, for 20% of the pesticide plant in dilute concentration wastewater research impact island in Basidiomyeete fungi to degrade pesticide active factors. Through the cultivation of 6 d,island Basidiomycete fungi biodegradable sample pesticide plant 50% of chromaticity and phenol in wastewater, and under the condition of 28 ~C. The research resuhs showed that only after 9 d train island born Basidiomyeete fungi,can reduce 60% of all parameters. In plus the presence of nutrient elements,island living different Basidiomycete fungi flora of decoloring effect were improved significantly. Under the condition of adding glutamic acid,the decolorization effect was obvious.
