摘  要:为了比较混合工质与纯工质在有机朗肯循环(ORC)中各自输出功及效率,采用Visual Basic软件建立纯工质工作时和混合工质工作的模拟程序,比较二元非共沸混合工质R152a/R245fa在不同混合比例的情况下与组成该混合物的纯工质R152a和R245fa性能的差异,得出混合工质的最优配比,用以提高循环的热力学效率。结果表明:不同比例的混合工质对循环的影响不同,但普遍高于纯工质,对循环效率有提高作用。To compare the power output and exergy efficiency of mixed and pure refrigerant in an ORC system, simulation models were established using Visual Basic software for the system respectively with mixed and pure working fluid, so as to find the performance difference between the R152a/R245fa mixture and each pure refrigerant, obtain the optimum blending ratio, and finally raise the thermodynamic efficiency of the cycle. Results show that the refrigerant mixture with different blending ratios has different effects on the cycle performance, but the effects are generally higher than that of pure refrigerant, which are beneficial to the improvement of cycle efficiency.
