摘 要:用弹塑性有限元法研究了盘状结构在扭矩作用下的应力分布,对比分析了点焊和胶焊结构中位于中心线上、界面附近的径向应力和等效应力以及沿一个圆周上的周向应力和等效应力。结果表明,经点焊制备的钢制盘状结构,在焊点附近有明显的应力集中现象发生,可能发生失稳导致薄圆盘端面褶皱;胶焊结构中峰值应力较低且近乎均匀分布,有利于抑制端面失稳,避免早期失效发生。The shear and equivalent stress distributions along the mid-bondline, a line in the lower part near the interface as well as the circle in the spot weld steel disc and weld-bonded steel disc under torsional loading were investigated using the elastic-plastic finite element method (FEM).The results obtained from the numerical simulation show that there is evidental stress concentration occurred at the points near the nugget in the spot welded steel disc, so that it may bring instable for the thin steel disc. Compared with the disc made by spot welding, the stress distribution in the weld-bonded steel disc is much well-distributed with a relative lower peak value. And it is beneficial to avoid the surface instable and the early failure of steel disc.
