西部地区高等教育中外合作办学质量现状研究

摘　　要：质量提升是中外合作办学发展的必然途径。通过分析西部地区高校中外合作办学招生、经费、师资、教学与课程等质量因素发现,其生源质量整体水平不高,办学的社会认可度有待提升;经费主要依靠收取学费,且收费标准相对较高;外籍教师数量相对较少,师资队伍整体水平参差不齐;实质性引进外方教育资源的数量十分有限。西部地区中外合作办学在未来发展中,需要坚持内涵式发展,加强质量文化建设;遵循公益性原则,拓宽经费来源渠道;提高师资水平,建立专职教师队伍;突出实质性合作,实现教学与课程的本土化。Improving the quality is the necessary way of the development of Chinese - foreign cooperation in running schools. Based upon analysis of the quality factors in Chinese - foreign cooperation in running schools in west area such as the student＇ s enroll- ment, funds, teachers, teaching and curriculum ,the research finds that the quality of students is poor, the social recognition needs to be promoted ; school funds mainly depend on the tuition fees which are relatively high for the charging standard; the number of foreign teachers is comparatively small; the teachers＇ levels are different; and the substantive introduction of foreign education resources is quite limited. In the future development, it is necessary for Chinese -foreign cooperation in running schools in west area to insist on the connotative development, strengthen the construction of quality culture ; follow the principle of public welfare, widen the channel of the sources funds, improve the teachers＇ level, establish the full -time faculty, highlight the substantive cooperation, and realize the localization of the teaching and curriculum.
