摘　　要：自习近平总书记提出"一带一部"的发展战略以来,湖南对未来发展重新制定了新目标和新方向。本文将针对国家战略背景下的湖南对接长江经济带的区域发展现状进行思考,从而分析区域开发项目的功能定位,湖南政府所提出的政策措施,并对湖南区域开发项目的实施结果进行指标评价研究,希望能够找到正确的自身发展位置,促进区域产业经济的快速转型发展。Since Xi Jinping,the general secretary of China, put forward a development strategy, Hunan has formulated new goals and new directions for future development. This paper focuses on how the development status of Hunan is suitable for Yangtze River Economic Belt under the background of national strategy, and thus analyzes the functional positioning of the regional development project and the policies and measures proposed by the government of Hunan. This paper researches on index evaluation of the implementation result of regional development projects in Hunan, hoping to find the correct position for their own development and to promote the rapid transformation development of regional industrial economy.
