摘　　要：以广宁县科技局的业务信息系统为研究对象,剖析系统存在的问题,结合国家和广东省科技发展规划,论述基于开源技术的低成本信息化服务平台建设的可行性和必要性,及其建设内容和实现的技术要点;分析服务平台建设所带来的社会效益等。This article takes the business information system of Guangning County Science and Technology Bureau as the research object, analyzes the existing problems of the system, and combined with the national and Guangdong provincial science and technology development planning, discusses the feasibility, necessity, construction content, key technology and social benefits of a low cost information service platform construction based on open source technology.
