摘　　要：Web OS是一个基于Web方式的集成操作系统,具有统一开放的应用接口,能挂接各类应用服务,包括:全媒体报料(含互联网内容热点侦测)、全媒体文稿编辑发布、全媒体内容生产与发布、全媒体在线内容管理、全媒体转码、个人网盘、全媒体收录等。同时能方便挂接第三方应用服务,具有良好的扩展性。全媒体内容通过Web OS实现传统媒体与新媒体之间的无障碍交互,轻松实现来自不同应用系统、不同厂商、不同环境、不同设备之间的数据交换。满足用户在Web OS上实现任何人(anyone),任何时候(anytime),在任何地点(anywhere),通过任何方式(anyway),获取任何内容(anything)。Web OS is a web based integrated operating system, with unified and open application interface. It could connect all kinds of applications and services, including： all-media reporting material （such as internet hotspot detecting data）, all-media manuscript editing and publishing, media content production and release, online media content management, media transcoding, personal network disk, and all-media recording. At the same time it is convenient to hook third party application services, with good scalability. All-media content through the OS Web achieves the interaction between traditional media and new media. It is easy to exchange data among different applications, different vendors, different environments and different devices. Anyone on the OS Web could access to anything at any time, anywhere by anyway.
