宁波市公益性体育基金会运作策略研究

摘　　要：公益性体育基金会对体育事业的发展具有重要的作用。论文主要采用实地考察与专家访谈等研究方法,对宁波市公益性体育基金会运作状况、存在的问题以及发展策略进行探索。研究认为,宁波市公益性体育基金会运作时间短,运作较规范。但存在着宣传策划力度不足,资金来源单一,资助方向局限以及组织架构不清晰等问题。可以通过加强宣传,树立公信力,拓宽筹资途径,优化资助方向,细化组织分工等策略加以完善。The public welfare sports foundation plays an important role in the development of sports.This paper mainly uses the method of on-the-spot investigation,expert interview and so on to explore the operation status,existing problems and development strategies of Ningbo＇s public welfare sports foundation.The results show that the performance-cycle of Ningbo＇s public welfare sports foundation is shorter and the operation is more standard.However,there are still some problems such as insufficient publicity planning,singleness capital source,fuzziness organizational structure and so on.In view of this,the paper proposes corresponding strategies such as enhancing publicity,establishing public trust,broadening financing approach,optimizing grant policies,refining organizational labor division and so on to take into perfect.
