摘 要:目的:研究地榆鞣质提取物对大鼠心、肝、脑、肾组织体外抗脂质过氧化作用。方法:采用分光光度法测定地榆鞣质提取物对由Fe^(2+)-半胱氨酸(Fe^(2+)-Cys)体系、Fe^(2+)-维生素C(Fe^(2+)-VitC)体系、Fe^(2+)-过氧化氢(Fe^(2+)-H_2O_2)体系诱导的大鼠心、肝、脑、肾组织体外脂质过氧化的抑制作用。结果:地榆鞣质对Fe^(2+)-Cys、Fe^(2+)-VitC、Fe^(2+)-H_2O_2诱导的大鼠脑、心、肝匀浆、肾及线粒体脂质过氧化产生的MDA的抑制作用显著。结论:地榆鞣质对大鼠心、肝、脑及肾组织体外抗脂质过氧化具有较强保护作用,值得进一步研究与开发。Objective: To study the in vitro antilipid-peroxidation effects of tannins extract from Sanguisorba officinalis on heart, liver, brain and kidney of rats. Methods: The in vitro inhibitory effects of tannins extract from Sanguisorba officinalis on lipid-peroxi- dation of heart, liver, brain and kidney of rats induced by Fe^2+ -cysteine (Fe^2+ -Cys), Fe^2+ -vitamin C (Fe^2+ -Vit C) and Fe^2+ -H2 02 were determined by spectrophotometry. Results: The inhibitory effects of tannins extract from Sanguisorba officinalis on MDA produced by lipid-peroxidation of brain, heart, liver homogenate, kidney and mitochondria of rats induced by Fe^2+-Cys, Fe^2+ -Vit C and Fe^2+ - H2O2 were all significant. Conclusion: Tannins from Sanguisorba officinalis has good in vitro protective effects on antilipid-peroxidation of heart, liver, brain and kidney of rats, which is worth studying further.
