综合护理对老年头面部皮肤癌根治术后患者康复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理对老年头面部皮肤癌根治术后患者康复的影响。方法选取2013年1月至2014年9月间山东省潍坊市临朐县人民医院收治的80例老年皮肤癌患者。采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组患者给予综合性护理干预,对照组患者给予常规护理。比较两组患者的住院时间、并发症发生情况、护理满意度和生存质量。结果观察组患者的住院时间和伤口感染发生率显著短于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),观察组患者对临床护理工作的满意度为95.0%(38/40)显著高于对照组患者的75.0%(30/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的ADL评分和GQOL-74评分中的社会功能、心理功能和躯体功能评分分别为(16.32±3.78)分、(59.39±6.97)分、(66.84±9.34)分和(60.38±8.46)分,均比对照组的(11.62±3.21)分、(51.34±6.72)分、(56.14±8.26)分和(52.96±7.64)分高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论综合护理能够有效促进老年头面部皮肤癌根治术后患者康复,提高患者护理满意度和自理能力。Objective To investigate the impact of comprehensive nursing on the rehabilitation in elderly patients with head and facial skin cancer after radical surgery. Methods Eighty elderly patients with skin cancer who were treated at People＇s Hospital of Linqu County from January 2013 to September2014 were selected. Using random sampling method,patients were divided into a study group and a control group and each group had 40 patients. The study group was given comprehensive nursing intervention and the control group was given routine care. Hospital stay,complication,satisfaction with nursing and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The hospital stay was significantly shorter and wound infection rate was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group（ P〈0. 05） Satisfaction rate with clinical care job was 95. 0%（ 38/40） for the study group which was significantly higher than75. 0%（ 30/40） of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. In ADL and GQOL-74 scale,social function,mental function and physical function score was（ 16. 32 ± 3. 78）,（ 59. 39 ± 6. 97）,（ 66. 84 ± 9. 34） and（ 60. 38 ± 8. 46）for the study group which was significantly higher than（ 11. 62 ± 3. 21）,（ 51. 34 ± 6. 72）,（ 56. 14 ± 8. 26）and（ 52. 96 ± 7. 64） of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively promote the recovery of head and facial skin cancer in elderly patients after radical surgery.
