摘  要:针对大型汽轮发电机组集电环环火频发,人工检测繁琐、低效等问题,以670 MW机组发电机环火故障为例,分析集电环环火物理过程及产生原因,并对常见故障实例进行分析,得出引发集电环环火的主要原因为电刷电流分配不均。提出采用电刷电流在线实时监测系统以降低故障发生率,通过软件和硬件设计,采用FPGA实现了以多路信号采集系统来完成128路电刷电流的在线监测。该系统已在多家电厂实际运行,均能检测故障并及时报警,证明该检测方法有效可行,具有工程实用价值。To solve such problems as frequent collector-ring's fire, complicated manual detection and low efficiency of large scale turbo-generators, this paper analyzes physical process of the collector-ring's fire and concludes the reason of the fault, by taking the collector-ring's fire fault occurred in a 670 MW generator as the example. Case studies for the common faults were carried out and uneven distribution of the brush current was considered as the major reason for the collector-ring's fire. It proposes using an online real time monitoring system to reduce occurrence rate of the collector-ring fire fault. Moreover, through software and hardware design, online monitoring for 128 brushes current was realized by using FPGA. This system has been operated in DCS system of several power plants, the results show that it can detect the faults and realize timely alarm, proving this detection method is effective and feasible.
