摘  要:涡轮机油氧化产生的漆膜会严重威胁发电机组的正常稳定运行,亟需针对漆膜的产生建立合适的检测体系。本文对6种不同型号的涡轮机油进行了Dry-TOST模拟氧化,并在试验过程中对油品的漆膜倾向指数、酸值、氧化安定性和抗氧剂消耗率进行了检测,分析了各项指标的变化趋势及其相关性。结果表明:随着涡轮机油氧化程度的加深,漆膜逐渐产生,氧化是造成漆膜产生的重要原因;酸值的变化及二苯胺类抗氧剂消耗率与漆膜倾向相关性较小,而涡轮机油残余氧化能力和T531消耗率与漆膜倾向有一定关系;T531消耗率达到30%可作为油品使用的警戒线;漆膜的检测中,应以漆膜倾向指数为主要依据,以残余氧化能力和T531消耗率为参考依据,综合评估油品的氧化程度与漆膜倾向。The varnish formed by turbine oil oxidation has seriously threatened normal operation of the generator, it is necessary to establish a suitable detection system for the varnish formation. In this paper, Dry-TOST oxidation text was conducted on six different types of turbine oil. The varnish propensity score (MPC), acid value, oxidation stability (RPVOT life) and consumption rate of antioxidant were detected in the Dry-TOST test process. The trend and correlation between the results were analyzed. The results show that ,with the oxidation of oil, the varnish gradually generates in the oil. Oxidation plays a key role in the varnish formation. The acid value and consumption rate of diphenylamines are not closely correlated with the MPC. However, the MPC is associated with the RPVOT residual ratio and the consumption rate of T531.30% T531 consumption can be used as a warning line for the oil utilization. During the varnish detection, the MPC should be regarded as the major basis. To give more information, the RPVOT residual ratio and consumption rate of the T531 can be used as a reference.
