摘 要:目的建立一种能同时测定生活饮用水中7种挥发性有机物的检测方法。方法采用吹扫捕集-毛细管气相色谱技术,对生活饮用水中1,2-二氯苯、1,3-二氯苯、1,4-二氯苯、1,2,3-三氯苯、1,2,4-三氯苯、1,3,5-三氯苯和六氯丁二烯等7种挥发性有机物同时进行浓缩、分离和测定,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。通过对色谱条件进行优化,并对吹扫、解吸等样品前处理条件进行考察,建立了生活饮用水中7种化合物的测定方法。结果 6种氯苯类化合物和六氯丁二烯的标准曲线相关系数均>0.999,水样平均加标回收率为87.4%~104.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.9%~4.0%,检出限为0.001μg/L^0.020μg/L。结论该法操作简单、快捷、选择性好、检出限低,适合生活饮用水中6种氯苯类化合物及六氯丁二烯的同时测定。Objective To established a method for the simultaneous determination of 7 kinds of volatile organic compounds in drinking water. Methods The 7 kinds of volatile organic compounds including 1, 2 - dichlorobenzene, 1, 3 - dichloro- benzene, 1,4 - dichlorobenzene, 1,2, 3 - trichlorobenzene, 1,2, 4 - trichlorobenzene, 1,3, 5 - trichlorobenzene and hexa- chlorobutadiene in drinking water were concentrated, separated, and detected by purge and trap gas chromatography. The reten- tion time was for qualitativity and the external standard method was for quantitativity. Through the optimization of chromato- graphic conditions and the investigation on sample pre - treatment of purge and desorption, a method for the determination of 7 compounds in drinking water was established. Results The correlation coefficients of 6 chlorinated benzene compounds and hexachlorobutadiene were all above 0. 999, the recovery rates were in the range of 87.4% - 104.4%, the relevant standard de- viations (RSDs) were in the range of 0.9% -4.0%, and the detection limits were in the range of 0. 001 μg,/L- 0. 020 p.g,/L. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, selective and sensitive. It is suitable for the simultaneous analysis on chlorinated benzene compounds and hexachlorobutadiene in drinking water.
