摘  要:为解决传统电阻箱量程范围小、阻值分辨度低、装置体积大以及使用不便等问题,设计了一种宽范围、高阻值分辨度的数字化有源电阻箱。该电阻箱采用模拟有源电阻硬件电路,并应用ARM7系列微控制器LPC2138系统对其进行控制,并使用矩阵键盘和LCD(Liquid Crystal Display)液晶屏作为人机交互设备,以便于实现装置的电阻值数字化设定及同步显示。实验数据表明,该数字有源电阻箱的阻值范围为10.01Ω~10.01 MΩ,精度为±0.46%,可广泛应用于电子电路中。In circuit design it is often needed to adjust the resistance of the resistor, the traditional resistance box has the disadvantages of small scale range, low resolution resistance, large volume, inconvenient and others. Therefore, it is necessary to design a digital resistance box that has wide range of resistance, high resolution resistance. The main purpose is to research and produce a digital active resistance box, which has analog active resistance hardware circuit, and is controlled by ARM7 series mierocontroller LPC2138 system. The active resistance box uses a matrix keyboard and a LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) liquid crystal screen as a human computer interaction device to realize the digital setting and synchronous display of the resistance value of the device. The experimental data show that the resistance range of the digital active resistance box is 10.01 Ω - 10. 01 MΩ and the accuracy is ±0.46%. It can be widely used in electronic circuits.
