摘 要:目的探究个体化饮食指导对血液透析患者营养状态的影响。方法 50例血液透析患者作为研究对象,对其进行个体化饮食指导,而后观察其指导前后的营养状态以及营养不良发生率。结果通过个体化饮食指导后,50例患者的肱二头肌皮褶、尿素氮、肌酐、胆固醇、血色素、血清白蛋白水平均优于指导前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。指导后的营养不良发生率为40%,明显低于指导前的66%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个体化饮食指导可以有效的改善血液透析患者的营养状态,值得进一步推广和使用。Objective To investigate influence by individualized dietary instruction on nutritional status of hemodialysis patients. Methods A total of 50 patients in hemodialysis as study subjects all received individualized dietary instruction. Observation was made on nutritional status and incidence of malnutrition before and after instruction. Results After individualized dietary instruction, the 50 patients had all better levels of bicipital muscle crease, urea nitrogen, creatinine, cholesterol, hemachrome and serum albumin than those before instruction, and the difference had statistical significance (P〈0.01). After instruction, they had incidence of malnutrition as 40%, which was much lower than 66% before instruction, and the difference had statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion Individualized dietary instruction can effectively improve nutritional status in hemodialysis patients, and it is worth further promotion and application.
