盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊、普适泰联合高压氧等综合疗法对前列腺炎（ⅢB）患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的 观察综合疗法（盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊、普适泰联合高压氧等措施）治疗前列腺炎（ⅢB）患者的临床疗效.方法 选取2014年4月至2015年2月期间本院收治的前列腺炎患者120例作为研究对象,所有患者均为ⅢB型.根据患者入院先后分为观察组和对照组各60例.对照组患者应用普适泰＋盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊,观察组在对照组基础上采取高压氧治疗,并指导盆底肌肉训练.结果 治疗过程中共有6例患者失访,其中观察组2例、对照组4例.经半年治疗观察组总有效率为93.10％ （54/58）,对照组为76.79％（43/56）,观察组明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）.治疗3个月和6个月时观察组NIH-CPSI积分明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）;观察组、对照组在治疗3个月、6个月时均优于入组时水平（P＜0.05）.两组患者在治疗结束后,尿频、尿急、尿不尽、夜尿以及总评分均较治疗前明显改善（P＜0.05）;治疗6个月时,观察组患者尿频、尿急、尿不尽、夜尿和总评分优于治疗3个月时,对照组总评分优于治疗3个月时（P＜0.05）;观察组治疗3个月时尿不尽症状、治疗6个月时尿频、尿急、夜尿评分优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 采用盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊、普适泰、高压氧等一系列综合疗法治疗ⅢB型前列腺炎患者疗效显著,患者排尿异常得到良好改善,值得进一步研究和应用.Objectives To investigate the effects of complex therapy （tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsules and prostat tablets combined with hyperbaric oxygen） in the treatment of patients with prostatitis （ⅢB）.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with prostatitis type ⅢB were selected as the research object in our hospital from April 2014 to February 2015,who were divided into two groups：observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.The control group were treated with prostat tablets with tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsules,the observation group in the control group basis received hyperbaric oxygen treatment and guide of pelvic floor muscle training.Results There were 6 cases of patients lost to follow-up,included 2 cases in the observation group and 4 cases in control group.The total effective rate of the observation group （93.10%） was higher than the control group（76.79%,P 〈 0.05）.After 3 months and 6 months of the NIH-CPSI total score in the observation group was significance better than the control group（P 〈0.05）.The NIH-CPSI total scores were better than the before in two groups at 3,6 months after treatment （P 〈 0.05）.After the end of treatment,the urinary frequency,urgency,urine,nocturia and total score in the two groups were significantly higher than before（P 〈 0.05）.The urinary frequency,urgency,urine as,nocturia,total score at 6 months of treatment in observation group were better than at 3 months of treatment,and the total score in the control group was better than at 3 months of treatment（P 〈 0.05）.The urine symptoms at 3 months of treatment and the urinary frequency,urgency,and nocturia score at 6 months of treatment in observation group were better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions The complex therapy of tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsules and prostat tablets and hyperbaric oxygen delivers affirmative efficacy for type ⅢB prostatitis,urinary abnormality is improved,it is worth furt
