摘　　要：苏南国家自主创新示范区成立两年多来在推进创新一体化发展方面取得了一定成效,但由于地区间存在创新功能定位同质化、行政壁垒、创新资源差异、政策差异以及缺乏鼓励跨区域合作与协同创新的绩效评估与考评体系等问题,影响创新一体化的深入推进。为促进苏南国家自主创新示范区创新一体化发展,应采取建立与完善区域创新协调机制、明确各地在创新产业链中的定位、优化创新一体化发展环境、构建跨地区协同创新网络和建立鼓励创新一体化的评估与考评体系等措施。In the past two years,the establishment of independent innovation demonstration zone in southern Jiangsu has achieved certain results in promoting integration of innovation development. However,there still exists some constraints in depth integration of the demonstration area,such as the lack of reasonable positioning of regional innovation capability,administrative barriers between regions,and the weakness of common infrastructure construction,barriers of the regional and inner management system and mechanism,and lack of encouragement cross-regional cooperation and cooperative innovation performance evaluation and assessment system etc. Therefore,in order to promote the innovation and integration of the national independent innovation demonstration zone in southern Jiangsu,it is necessary to establish the unified benefit basis,to reasonably plan the regional innovation function within a demonstration area,to strengthen the sharing infrastructure construction,to setup assessment and evaluation system of encouraging the integration of innovation,and to promote the construction of collaborative innovation network in demonstration zone.
