摘 要:随着我国保障房建设的不断深入,保障房融资面临融资渠道单一、资金缺口大等问题,已成为保障房建设及发展的障碍。美国、英国、日本、新加坡等国家保障房融资模式各具特色,并积累了立法保障、政府主导、社会资本介入、融资创新等较好做法,对我国保障房融资有一定启示。With the deepening development of the construction of indemnificatory housing in our country,the financing of indemnificatory housing is faced with the problem of limited financing channels and large capital gap which has become an obstacle to the construction and development of indemnificatory housing. The indemnificatory housing financing models of the United States,Britain,Japan,Singapore and other countries have their own characteristics,and accumulated legislation,government-led,social capital intervention,financing innovation and other good practices,which have some inspiration for the indemnificatory housing financing in China.
