摘　　要：近年来,我国信托业不断拓展业务空间,行业资产规模持续增长,业务结构日趋合理,事务管理和投资功能显著增强。但在信托业规模快速增长的同时,也积聚了一定风险。因此,应通过对信托业务各环节风险进行识别,找出其主要成因进而有效管控风险,为我国信托业风险控制提供可靠依据。In recent years,Chinas trust industry has continuously expanded its business space,the scale of industry assets has continued to grow,the business structure is becoming more and more reasonable,and the management and investment functions have been greatly enhanced. All these improvements laid a good foundation for future development and deep-level adjustment of the trust industry. However,the trust industry also accumulated plenty of potential risks due to the rapid growth in a short period of time. The effective measures were taken through the identification the trust business risk analysis to detect the main problems and causes,which could control all aspects of risk effectively. This method provides a reliable method for the quality control of trust risk in our country.
