摘　　要：作风问题核心是党同人民群众的关系问题,密切同人民群众的血肉联系是改进新时期党的作风建设的核心。高校肩负培养中国特色社会主义事业建设者和接班人的重大任务,完善高校党员干部直接联系群众的制度、推进高校党员干部直接联系群众制度化建设是巩固党的群众路线教育实践活动成果的必然结果,是践行"三严三实"的具体表现,是高校党的作风建设制度化的重要举措。The core of the problem of style is the relationship between the Party and the people,and the flesh-and-blood ties with the masses are the core of improving the Party＇s work style in the new period.Colleges and universities shoulder the important task of cultivating the builders and successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,It is the inevitable result of consolidating the mass education practice of the Party＇s mass line and the concrete manifestation of the practice of ＂Three Strict and Three Realities＂.
