摘　　要：目的探讨在供精助孕管理中影响管理质量的相关因素及对策。方法回顾2010—2012年发生的影响供精助孕管理质量的风险事件,采用德尔菲法(Delphi method)对风险因素进行权重分析,提出相应整改措施,并自2013年起在供精助孕管理方案中实施。分别比较2010—2012年(A组)与2013—2015年(B组)中影响供精助孕管理质量的各类不良事件的发生率。结果 B组各类不良事件的发生率显著低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用针对影响供精助孕管理质量的风险因素的整改措施后,供精助孕管理中的不良事件减少,供精助孕的管理质量得到提高,有力地保障了临床工作的顺利进行。Objective To explore the relevant influence factors of the management quality of assisted reproductive technology by donor and countermeasures.Methods The risk events that affect the managment quality of assisted reproductive technology by donor from 2010 to 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.Weighting analyze of the risk factors was used by Delphi method, and some corresponding strategies were put forward and then carried out from 2013.The incidence of all kinds of adverse events that affect the management quality of assisted reproductive technology by donor between 2010-2012 （group A） and 2013-2015 （group B） was compared.Results The incidence of all kinds of adverse events in group B was significantly lower than that in group A（P〈0.01）.Conclusion After putting forward the corresponding strategies on the risk factors that affect the management quality of assisted reproductive technology by donor, the incidence of adverse events in management significantly decreased, while the management quality of assisted reproductive technology by donor significantly increased, which powerfully ensure the clinical working.
