摘 要:采用双介质阻挡放电等离子体技术处理染料废水,探讨了该技术对实际染料废水处理的有效性,同时考察了该技术与生物法联合处理染料废水的效果。结果表明,在输入电压为65 kV、功率为62 W,反应时间为10 min的条件下,废水可生化性B/C由原来的0.19提升至0.37。与生化处理相结合后,废水的COD去除率和脱色率高达78.40%和89.88%,出水COD和色度分别为89 mg/L和62倍。表明双介质阻挡放电等离子体技术可以显著提高废水可生化性,且将该技术与生物法结合降解实际染料废水有较好效果。Dye wastewater was treated by a double-dielectric barrier discharge plasma reactor. The effectiveness of the technique and the technique combined with biological treatment were studied. The results showed that, under the conditions of input voltage of 65 kV, input power of 62 W and the reaction time of 10 min, the biodegradability (B/C) of dye wastewater increased from 0.19 to 0.37. After treatment combined with the biochemical treatment, the COD removal rate and the decolorizing rate were 78.40% and 89.88% respectively, the effluent COD and chromaticity were 89 mg/L and 62 times. It indicated that the double-dielectric barrier discharge plasma process could effectively improve the biodegradability of the dye wastewater, and combination of this technology with biological method worked well on the degradation of the practical dye wastewater.
