摘 要:将海绵铁、活性炭按一定比例混合,以聚氨酯为粘合剂制备成新型铁碳微电解规整化填料。以实际农村生活污水为研究对象,考察了铁碳比、聚氨酯比例、填料添加量对污水中磷去除效果的影响,并对其除磷机理进行简单探讨。结果表明:新型铁碳微电解填料是在微生物作用、吸附作用、化学沉淀、共沉淀、电化学等多种共同作用下完成对磷的去除。在铁碳质量比为3:1,聚氨酯比例为1:1,投加量为8 g/L时,填料的硬度和去除率都达到最佳效果,磷的去除可达到90%以上。With polyurethane as binder,the new iron-carbon micro-electrolysis filler was prepared by mixing in a certain proportion of sponge iron and activated carbon.The actual rural domestic sewage were used as the research object, the influences of Fe/C mass ratio, polyurethane proportion and packing dosage on removal rate of phosphorus were investigated,and the mechanism of phosphorus removal was also discussed.The results showed that thenew iron-carbon micro-electrolysis fillercould removal the phosphorus under the various joint action of microorganism, adsorption, chemical precipitation, coprecipitation, electrochemistry. The optimum conditions of hardness and removal rate of filler were Fe/C mass ratio of 3:1 , polyurethane proportion of 1:1 and filler dosage of 8 g/L,and the removal rate ofphosphoruswas over 90%.
