摘 要:以蜂窝煤渣为载体采用浸渍法制备催化剂,研究了浸渍液种类、浓度、浸渍温度、浸渍时间、焙烧温度和焙烧时间对催化剂催化性能的影响。结果表明,催化剂的最佳制备条件为:在35℃条件下,利用0.2 mol/L的Ni(NO_3)_2溶液将载体浸渍2 h。浸渍结束后将载体过滤并干燥,再在300℃条件下利用箱式电阻炉焙烧2 h。研究还发现Ni作为活性成分的催化剂其催化性能最好。最后,采用最佳条件下制备的催化剂湿式催化氧化处理亚甲基蓝废水,发现当废水浓度为120 mg/L且pH保持不变,催化剂用量为10 g/L,质量分数30%的H_2O_2作为氧化剂且用量为5 mL/L,反应温度为30℃,反应时间为2 h的条件下,对亚甲基蓝的去除率达到了80.17%。通过BET和BJH分析发现催化剂比制备前载体增加了较多的介孔和微孔,其比表面积增加。Taking honeycomb cinder as carder and using impregnation method to prepare catalyst, this paper studied the influences of impregnating solution type, concentration, impregnation temperature, impregnation time, roasting temperature and roasting time on the performance of catalyst. The results indicated that the optimal preparation conditions of catalyst.was as follows: using 0.2 mol/L Ni(NO3): solution to impregnate the carder under 35℃ for 2 h. After the impregnation was completed, filtering and drying the carrier, then using box resistance furnace to roast 2 b. The study also discovered that carder catalyst which took Ni as the active ingredient had the .best catalytic performance. Finally, the catalyst which was prepared under the optimal conditions was used to treat methylene blue wastewater by wet catalytic oxidation processing. It is discovered that the methylene blue elimination rate could be up to 80.17% when the wastewater concentration was 120 mg/L with unchanged pH value, the amount of catalyst was 10 g/Li 30% H202 was used as oxidant with 5 mL/L dosage, the reaction temperature was 30℃ and the reaction time was 2 h. With BET and BJH analysis, it discovered that more mesoporous and micropores were increased in the catalyst than the carrier before preparation, and the superficial area was also increased.
