摘 要:介绍了苏州某生物制药废水的处理回用工程,采用"厌氧+A/O+砂滤+炭滤+超滤+反渗透+三效蒸发"回用处理工艺,分析了设计参数、处理效果及运行成本等。实际运行结果表明,经过处理出水水质好,可以达到GB/T18920-2002要求;系统处理量150 m^3/d,日常运行成本39.33~46.3元/m^3(不含设备折旧);且运行稳定,具有良好的经济效益与环境效益。A reusing project of biological pharmaceutical wastewater treatment in Suzhou was introduced, the reusing treatment technology of anaerobic+ anoxic/oxic+ sand filtration+ carbon filtration+ ultrafiltration+ reverse osmosis+ three-step evaporator was adopted, and the design parameters, treatment effect and running costs were analyzed. The practical run results showed that, the effluent water quality could reach the standard of GB/T 18920-2002 after the treatment, and the handing capacity of the system was 150 mVd, the daily operation costs was 39.33-46.3 yuan/m3 (not include equipment depreciation). The system ran steadily, obtained great economic and environmental benefits also.
