香蒲绒纤维的研究与开发现状

摘　　要：概括了各国对香蒲绒纤维的开发利用现状,从专利技术角度探讨香蒲绒纤维在保暖保健、驱蚊、活性炭纤维、吸油、吸音隔热及浮力材料等方面的应用情况,指出香蒲绒纤维在基础研究各个应用领域的不足和进一步的研究方向。初步提出香蒲绒纤维制备工艺的探讨,指出应扩大香蒲绒纤维应用领域,通过再生纤维素加强驱蚊效果,用于活性炭降低环保成本,改进油污分离装置进行大规模应用,作为吸音隔热以及浮力材料仍需深入开发,以期为香蒲绒纤维的生态应用提供新思路。Study and development of cattail fiber were summarized. Based on the present patent, applications of cattail fiber in thermal insulation, health, mosquito repellent, activated carbon, oil absorption, acoustic insulation, buoyancy material and so on were introduced. The preparation techniques of cattail fiber and disadvantages of each application were pointed out. Some suggestions of study on cattail fiber were proposed. We emphasized the wide application prospect of cattail fiber, strengthening repellent effect through regenerated cellulose, reducing environmental costs with activated carbon, improving oil mist separation device for large-scale applications, further research as acoustic insulation and buoyancy material, which provided a new idea for ecological management of cattail fiber.
