摘 要:将羊驼绒与粘胶纤维以不同混纺比开发的针织物,集2种纤维的性能优势于一身。阐述羊驼绒/粘胶混纺纱及针织物的加工工艺过程,分析羊驼绒/粘胶混纺比对混纺纱性能(条干CV值、断裂强度、断裂伸长率)和针织物性能(顶破强力、保暖性、透气性)的影响。结果表明,随着羊驼绒含量的增加,混纺纱条干不匀增大,断裂强度下降,断裂伸长率提高,针织物的顶破强力下降,保暖性提高,透气性下降。The alpaca wool was blended with viscose fiber in different blending ratio to spin yarn, and then used to make knitting products which had advantages both of alpaca wool and viscose fibers. The processing of alpaca wool/viscose blended yarn and knitted fabric was described. The effects of blending ratio on performances of yarn (i. e. unevenness, breaking strength and elongation at break) and performances of knitted fabric (i. e. bursting strength, heat insulating ability and air permeability) were studied. The results showed that with the increase of mass fraction of alpaca wool, the unevenness and elongation of blended yarn both raised, but the breaking strength of blended yarn declined; meanwhile, the bursting strength and air permeability of knitted fabric decreased, but the heat insulating ability improved.
