摘　　要：对蚕蛹蛋白质纤维、玉石纤维、丝光毛的特点进行分析,设计纺纱工艺,并探讨纺纱过程中的技术关键。蚕蛹蛋白质纤维柔软细腻,具有消除疲劳、回复肌肤活力、延缓肌肤衰老、抵御紫外线侵害的功能,玉石纤维具有保健、改善血液微循环、促进新陈代谢、凉爽、抗菌的功能,而且丝光毛具有良好的服用性能。借助半精纺纱技术和赛络纺纱工艺,纺制出绿色环保、外观独特的AB花式纱。该产品符合时代潮流,深受消费者喜爱,具有较高的经济效益和广阔的市场前景。The characteristics of pupa protein fiber, jade polyester and mercerized wool fiber were analyzed. The spinning process was designed. The key technologies of the spinning process were discussed. The pupa protein fiber was soft and delicate, which had the functions that delays the skin decrepitly and resists the violation of the ultraviolet rays. The jade polyester fiber had healthy, cool and antibacterial functions. And the mercerized wool had good wear performance. The semi-worsted technology and siro spinning process were used. Finally, the AB fancy yarn that had green environmental and has unique appearance was spun. Which fit the trend of the times and loved by consumers, with higher economic benefits and more broad market prospect.
