毛针织服装除绒熨烫一体机的设计研究

摘　　要：文章针对毛针织服装不耐磨、易起球、易黏尘等问题,以及毛针织服装日常护理的特殊需求,对日用服装除绒整烫设备进行创新,设计了集熨烫、除绒、梳绒为一体的多功能家用便携式一体机,有效解决了毛针织服装在日常穿着中存在的问题。Performances of woollen and knitting clothing were strong comfortable and elegant appearance. Many consumers like woollen and knitting clothing because of its performances. But the particularity of this textile material craft was not wear-resisting, easy to pilling, easy to stick dust. These particularity leaded to uncomfortable experiences, which affected the dressing effect and life quality of consumers. Aiming at the problems above, based on the daily care needs of woollen clothing and knitting clothing, it made some necessary innovation about steam iron. Hand-held portable steam iron was designed with shorn velvet and combed wool as one of the multipurpose household portable machine. The new hand-held portable steam iron could effectively solve above problems about woollen and knitting clothing in life.
