保山小美牛肝菌菌丝的分离培养

摘　　要：利用组织分离法,用4种培养基对保山野生小美牛肝菌(Boletus speciosus)进行菌丝分离培养,探讨适合于小美牛肝菌菌丝生长的培养基配方;结果表明,在培养基(4)(马铃薯200 g、葡萄糖20 g、KH_2PO_4 3 g、MgSO_40.5 g、琼脂20 g、维生素B_1少许、黄豆粉3 g、蛋白胨3 g、水1000 m L)中小美牛肝菌的菌丝生长较好,用菌柄连接处的菌肉组织分离成功率较高。This paper uses four kinds of medium to isolate and culture the mycelium of wild Boletus speciosus in Baoshan by tissue isolation method, explore favorable medium for the myeelium growth of Boletus speciosus. The results show that the mycelium growth well in the fourth medium （potato 200g, glucose 20g, KH2PO4 3g, MgSO4 0.5g, agar 20g, a little bit of vitamin B1, soy flour 3g, peptone 3g, water 1000 ml）, the success rate of isolation is high with the tissue in the junction part.
