摘  要:目的:检测贵州不同产区夜寒苏挥发油的含量,并建立测定夜寒苏挥发油中桉油精含量的气相色谱方法,为黔产夜寒苏的质量评价提供理论依据。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法对夜寒苏药材进行挥发油的提取,用GC法对夜寒苏中所提取的桉油精进行含量测定。结果:贵州不同产区夜寒苏挥发油及桉油精含量差别较大;桉油精在0.157~5.025mg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r>0.999 8),平均加样回收率(n=6)为100.27%,RSD=2.11%。结论:该方法能够简便、准确、快速测定夜寒苏中挥发油和挥发油中桉油精的含量,可作为黔产夜寒苏的质量评价依据。Objective:To detect the contents of the volatile oil of different regions in Guizhou Rhizoma Hedychium flavum and establish the determination method of eucalyptol in Rhizoma Hedychium flavum volatile oil by gas chromatography, which were providing theory basis for quality evaluation of Guizhou Rhizoma Hedychium flavum. Methods: The essential oil was extracted from Rhizoma Hedychium flavum by steam distillation. The content of eucalyptol in Rhizoma Hedychium flavum was measured by GC. Results : There is much difference in the content of volatile oil and eucalyptol of Guizhou Rhizoma Hedychium flavum from different regions of Guizhou province. Eucalyptol in the range of 0. 157 - 5. 025mg showed good linear relationship (r〉0.999 8). Average sample recovery rate (n= 6) was 100.27%, RSD = 2.11%. Conclusion : The method is simple, accurate and rapid to measure the content of volatile oil and eucalyptol from Guizhou Rhizoma Hedychium flavum, and it is suitable for the quality control of Guizhou Rhizoma Hedychium flavum.
