摘　　要：区别于内河电子航道图,江海联运电子航道图凭借与电子海图统一的标准与表达和更丰富的数据内容,为江海联运船舶航行安全和效率提供了保障。文章系统阐述了江海联运电子航道图构建技术。从数据收集入手,先后探讨了数据预处理、数据加工与质量控制等关键技术及生产流程,最终输出符合行业标准的电子航道图。并以我国北方某内河为例,展示了江海联运电子航道图生成技术的具体应用成果。实践表明,文章所提出的电子航道图构建技术具有广泛的适用性,可以应用于我国任意内河的电子航道图生产。The navigational safety and efficiency of river-sea combined transport are well supported by Electronic Navigational Chart （ENC）. In contrast with inland ENC, ENC for river-sea combined transport meets the same standard and representation to electronic chart. Meanwhile, it has richer data content. In this paper, an ENC construction technology was presented. After data collecting, the key technologies and production processes of data preprocessing, processing, and validation were demonstrated. Finally, an ENC up to profession standard outputted. The technology was used for a river in North China, and the application results were demonstrated. Results indicate that this ENC development technology has a wide applicability and it can be applied to the ENC construction of any river.
