摘 要:在电机起动过程中,为了使其电流更加接近于正弦波,降低谐波含量,减少对电网的污染,延长电机的使用寿命,在开关变压器软起动结构的基础上,将传统反并联结构改为短路桥结构,并引入多重化技术。分析表明,短路桥结构较反并联结构具有同样的起动性能,而且更容易实现多重化,同时软起动器可以方便地与电网进行隔离。通过仿真,比较了在两种起动方法下电流的总的谐波畸变率和起动转矩,结果表明,串联三重化结构除了可以解决高压大容量电机起动时开关管串联均压问题外,起动过程中电流谐波含量较普通开关变压器软起动有大幅度的改善,同时转矩冲击大为减少。In the motor starting process, in order to make the motor current closer to the sine wave, decrease harmonic content,reduce the pollution on the grid and extend the life of the motor, the traditional anti-parallel structure has been changed into short circuit bridge structure and the multi-technology has been introduced on the basis of soft starting structure of switch transformer. Analyses show that the short circuit bridge structure has the same starting characteristics compared with the anti-parallel structure, it is easier to achieve muhiplex than anti-parallel structure by simulation, and the comparison of total harmonic distortion of the motor current between the two methods and start torque has been made. The results show that, this structure can solve the series voltage sharing problem in the starting process of high-voltage high-capacity motors; the motor current harmonic content of tandem triple short circuit bridge structure has greatly improved compared with ordinary switch transformer soft starter and the impact of torque has also been greatly reduced.
