摘　　要：‘国秀’是以‘M-314’为母本、‘F-241’为父本杂交选育的西瓜新品种。该品种生长势中等,全生育期80 d,果实发育期28 d,易坐果且整齐,膨瓜快。第1雌花节位6~7节,雌花节位间隔4~5节。单瓜质量4~6 kg,果皮厚度1.1 cm,果实圆形,果皮绿色覆墨绿色条带,成熟时有白色蜡粉。果实中心可溶形固形物含量11%,耐裂,瓤质松脆。适应性广,可在新疆、广西及相似生态区推广种植。2016年通过广西壮族自治区主要农作物品种审定委员会审定。＇Guoxiu＇ is a new watermelon variety, which is bred by ＇M-314＇ as female parent and ＇F-241 ＇as male parent. The growing period is about 80 days and fruit developing period is about 28 days. It is average vigorous, easy to set fruit and expansion rapidly. The first female flower is at 6th-7th node, and followed by a female flower every 4-5 node. The fruit is round with green skin and dark green stripes, covered with white wax powder. The average fruit weight is 4-6 kg. The rind is 1.1 cm in thickness and durable. The flesh is crisp with center soluble solid content 11%. The variety has strong adaptability and it is suitable for cultivation in most watermelon production areas in China.
