摘 要:为提高FA322B并条机的出条质量,对其牵伸机构进行优化设计.分析牵伸机构主牵伸区结构参数对牵伸效果的灵敏度,得到对牵伸效果影响较大的结构参数;以此结构参数为设计变量,握持距最小为目标函数,对主牵伸区进行优化设计,得到性能最优的结构参数值.分析优化结果发现,主牵伸区握持距最小化和前罗拉反包围弧最小化两者不能够同时满足,在优化中,需要在两者之间进行权衡;二罗拉半径和压力棒位置等参数对牵伸效果影响很大,需要合理设计.In order to improve drafting effect of FA322B drawing frame, optimized design of drafting mechanism is analyzed. Sensitivities of structural parameters of main drafting area on drafting effect are analyzed firstly, and parameters which have high impact on drafting effect are gained. Then these parameters as variables and distance of gripped slivers as objective function are chosen, and the main drafting area is optimized. Two conclusions are confirmed from the above analysis and optimization. First, minimum griping distance of slivers and minimum arc surrounding front roller can not be found synchronously. Therefore the balance between them should be well kept while optimizing the drafting mechanism. Second, both radius of second under-roller and position of press bar have great impact on the drafting. So these parameters should be designed properly.
