水洗牛仔服产品质量可控因素的管理研究

摘　　要：针对牛仔服水洗整理的流程特点,提出牛仔服因水洗工艺可能造成的产品质量问题.结合实际生产,对产品在水洗之前、水洗过程中的加工工艺进行质量可控因素的研究.结果表明,水洗前对面料缩水率的测试可控制产品的尺寸质量;对缝纫过程中的工艺管理可降低水洗后的隐性缺陷;对水洗前的检验和整理可减少产品次品量及水洗色差;严格控制及预防水洗时的缺陷可使产品水洗色泽符合制单质量要求.Due to the process characteristics of jeans clothing wash finishing, the production quality issue is explored. Combining the actual product, quality controllable factors are studied on the before and after processing technology of production washing. The research shows that fabric shrinkage testing before washing can control products dimension quality effectively; Technology managing on sewing process can lower the invisible defects after washing; Testifying and finishing before washing can decrease the products of inferior quality and color difference. Controlling strictly and preventing promptly the defects during washing process can make the color meet the quality requirements.
