摘  要:针对基体表面粗糙度对涂层的撞击、铺展和凝固的影响,建立熔滴撞击基材的三维几何模型,并构造层片沉积形成过程模型;在上述层片模型基础上,分析不同的基体表面粗糙度对涂层表面形貌的影响规律,并将所得数据导入Matlab工具,模拟在不同的基体表面粗糙度条件下表面沉积凝固后层片的三维表面形貌,并对其进行数据分析,通过轮廓算术平均偏差Ra、微观不平度十点平均高度Rz和轮廓最大高度Ry分析不同基体表面粗糙度下层片表面形貌的质量.模拟结果表明,在适当的范围内,随着基材表面粗糙度的增加,层片的铺展范围会越来越大,且厚度越均匀,表面形貌逐渐变好.Aiming at the problem of the surface roughness of substrate on the coating which is impacted, spreaded and solidified, three-dimensional model of droplet jetting substrate was built,and the processing model of the layered deposition was established.Based on this,the influence of different surface roughness of substrate on the surface morphology of coating was analyzed, the simulation data was imported into the software MATLAB, three-dimensional surface topography of the layered surface after deposition and solidifcation was simulated under the condition of different surface roughness.Based on the analysis of simulation data, the quality of the coating surface topography is described according to profile arithmetic average error Ra, ten-point height of irregularities Rz and maxium altitude Ry value of contour under the condition of different surface roughness of substrate.The simulation results show that with the increasing of the suface roughness, the spreading areas of layer gradually become large, the thickness is more uniform and the surface morphology becomes better within an appropriate range.
